How do I change my password?
Go to More → Account → Settings (the little cog icon) → Modify.
Follow the prompts to update your password.
How do I log out of the app?
Go to More → Account, then tap Log Out at the bottom of the screen.
How do I cancel my membership?
Just drop us an email at contact@listedmembers.com and we’ll sort it.
How do I request a refund?
We don’t offer refunds - If you can’t make an event, let us know and we’ll happily transfer your ticket to another event.
Can I share my membership with someone?
No, your membership is for you only. You can invite and buy tickets for your guests, but perks are for members only. Members found to be sharing these will have their membership revoked.
My discount code isn’t working what do I do?
Email us at contact@listedmembers.com and we’ll check it for you.
When will I get my tickets?
You’ll receive your ticket (QR code) via email right after your purchase.
How does it work if I got my tickets from the old website?
You’ll will be sent a QR code via email within 3 days of the event.
I’ve bought a table, how do I get the other QR codes for my guests?
Your guest passes (individual QR codes) are emailed to you automatically after your purchase.
Is co-working really complimentary?
Yep! You can book your slot through the app.
Just note: spaces are limited, so book early.
How do I know if my booking for co-working and was successful?
You will receive an email confirming your booking. If it's not there within a few minutes, email contact@listedmembers.com and we’ll resend it.
Can I connect with other members via the app
Not yet but we plan to implement this in a few months. For now, you can update your profile picture and social media details.
I have paid the membership fee but still can’t access some pages
Please allow up to 1 hour for the app to update. Close the app and relaunch. After that you should have full access. If you are still expecting issues please complete the contact form.
I haven’t received my ticket via email - What do I do?
Check spam/junk first. If it's not there within a few minutes, email contact@listedmembers.com and we’ll resend it.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to More → Account and tap Edit Profile.
